Business Central Job Queue Notify and Auto Restart

Allows customer to setup notification and the option to auto restart Job Queue Entries.

In most cases you want to notify a user if any job queue entry fails so users can take corrective measures in order to resolve the issue. Customers also wants the option to auto restart a job queue entry for example when importing external data via a job queue or a recurring process that might fail due to connectivity problems.

This add-on will provide end users with the ability to do both, setup notifications and specify if a job queue entry needs to auto restart should an error occur.
